A Scavenger Hunt\Ideas of What to Hunt For on the Reflection

My kids love participating in the scavenger hunts run by the activities staff. They usually have one each sea day. And there is swag! We have medals and other stuff we've won.

The kid's club also has a family one on the final sea day. There is also a talent show and sometimes bingo.

But if you want to go on your own, go to the Fun Factory once you board and ask for one of their older kid scavenger hunts. They have them for the 9 to 11's.

Have fun!

Ooo, great idea.

I'd heard about the family scavenger hunts and we'll participate for sure, but having spent an entire day last weekend hiding and finding, hiding and finding, hiding and finding Easter eggs, I figured the more scavenger hunts aboard, the merrier. :-)

Also. Who doesn't love swag?!?!

She plays Bingo with us at home ... she's even affected a Bingo caller drawl. Is the Bingo onboard kid-friendly?

This shouldn't be too hard to find:

LOL. That’s an impressive piece of ugly. I must include it.

The Secret Stairway.......Deck 12 in the spa...

Oh yeah, I just found a picture of this to add to our hunt. Thanks!

The regular bingo is child friendly, but a parent must be with the child. BUT, it's not cheap. If I remember correctly, the cheapest cards were $30 per person.

Ouch. Hmm. We might have to bring our home version and strike up an illicit game in the Oceanview Café.

An extra thought, the art studio maybe useful for the hunt - time it right for her to be able to draw something

Yeah, the ice cream station (anywhere) is always our first search. :)

Love the art studio idea ... are young kids welcome there?

There is lots of different art and sculptures you can add in, some fun ones too.

The gelato area or you can use the candy dispensers by the ice cream in ocean view as a reward

Have her look for "chairs on a log among the birch trees."

Since the child is only 5 years old, I assume that an adult will go along to help.

Yep, but then we will be tagging along with her - regardless of her age - for as long as humanly possible.

Thanks tons for the pics, kenevenpar and cyntil8ing - I've added them all to our hunt list. :)

Such a fun idea!

Barrels - (Tuscan Grill)

A pink purse (go to the shops)

A big stack of blue towels (at the pool)

M&Ms (ice cream bar)

Green nail polish (spa)

A flower arrangement (these are all over, of course!)

You'll find some things you can add to your list the moment you walk on board.

Hope it's fun for her.

Oooo, green nail polish? I sense a granddaughter/grandmother pedicure. Great ideas, Claudia.
