Getting the truck cleaned after a whole bunch of storms. Young man waiting for his car to be done. Tells me they are heading to Galveston to get on Navigator.

Anyone else remember their first cruise? The excitement? the anticipation?

We spent the next 20 minutes kicking around all the wonderful things Navigator offers!

LOL. I'm at the car wash in Lewisville also having the mud from recent storms washed off reading cc. I get on the NOS on June 7th.

My husband surprised our family when he booked our first cruise. Waiting during the six months was so exciting thinking about all of the things I would do.

Never forget that first cruise! I loved that ship and it was only 42,000 tons! :D

7 islands 7 days I was 18 the ship was a POS but at that age didn't really care, a janitor closet with a bean-bag would have been suffice. Same bunk beds from boot camp but it was home for a week.

 

Lots of interesting noises, one night heard a loud bang the steward said we lost a prop. Leaving port we backed into another cruise ship knocking out our rudder and somehow killing our power. Captain came to dining room said drinks are on the house.

 

Besides the issues it was my 1st and favorite cruise, one to remember.

Nah, no need to instill fears! Watched Navigator leave today from the Galveston web cam...overcast.

But they are on a ship, we are posting versus sailing away~
