Which side of ship for balcony? Freedom of the Seas Oct 4 to Eastern Carib.

I am going with a first time cruiser! Which side of the ship would be better for views? I am trying to get him hooked on cruising. ;)

Unpredicable. Ship may change docking sides one cruise to another. Starboard side to the the channel restaurants during sailaway.

Coco Cay is tendered, so the ship is just floating off the beach...

 

One side will face land at one port, and if possible, the captain will dock with the other side facing land at the next port. They try to be fair to everyone, when possible!

 

Just so you know, you'll be in a HARBOR...and there are views everywhere! Being AWAY from the pier is more private, and just as pretty!

We are on the port side so I will just wait and be thrilled with what we get! Thanks for your input! I will stop worrying........:)

gutdoc, what I will do if there is something I wish to see or photograph on the opposite of the ship, I merely go to the upper deck above the pool or out on the Promenade deck and take my photos or view the sights.:)
