Would anyone know if Celebrity gives a guide tour of the ship.IE galley navigation deck, engine room. thank you

Galley tours are often connected to a cooking demonstration. But they will be listed in the daily program. Bridge tours are usually only on a paid tour, or by special invitation. You will never get to see the engine room, although the tour usually includes the engine control room. EM
