NBA Games on the Summit

I am boarding the Summit on Sunday and I was wondering if anyone knows if they ever play NBA games on the ship. We are following the NBA semi-finals and want to watch the Cleveland Cavs games! I know they have played football and sometimes hockey but not sure about basketball.

 

Any comments will be greatly appreciated. We need to watch the CAVS advance to the finals!! GO CAVS!

They have played some NCAA games on aircraft carriers, and so have the Globetrotters but I don't think any teams or leagues have ever played on a cruise ship. There may have been some NBA cruises with players on board giving seminars, and hosting parties.

The Finals are always in June....many of us don't sail in the summertime

so that might be why you have no replies......or if sailing in the summer,

hoops are probably not on "most people's" priority list.

The Cav's looked pretty good last night.;)

Not sure they will show them. Maybe Casino bar might get them or in your cabin.

 

I know one year my DH and I had to go back to our room to watch the Yankees in a playoff game. Sad but true.

Usually on Summit, the TV in the casino bar has a game on, although without sound. I would think if they can get the feed, they would have the NBA playoffs on. (We here in NY do not have a real NBA team, so we probably don't care:()
