First time on HAL, considering Amsterdam out of fort lauderdale. i had a few questions and hope that someone will take the time to give some information.

 

are there midnight movies on deck

Is food available after midnight anywhere on board

any crablegs at the buffet?

is there free coffee anywhere on the ship

Can i bring water or soda onboard.

Is food available after midnight anywhere on board ROOM SERVICE ONLY

any crablegs at the buffet? I HAVE SEEN THEM ONCE, BUT DO NOT COUNT ON THEM

is there free coffee anywhere on the ship YES, IN THE LIDO

Can i bring water or soda onboard. YES, AS MUCH AS WANT.

Are you doing the World Cruise or a Panama Canal cruise on the Amsterdam?

 

No movies on deck.

 

Room service is 24 hrs IIRC, I've never had a need for food after midnight so I'm not sure.

 

If crab legs are on the MDR menu on formal night, they'll most likely be available that night in the Lido too.

 

Free coffee is always available in the Lido. The coffee is free in the MDR and through room service (we do tip when using room service).

 

You may haul on water and soft drinks if you wish.

Also have never seen a movie at midnight on the A'dam, think the last showing is 10:30 pm. You will not find crab legs in the Lido for lunch, only maybe on a formal night for dinner.

The Amsterdam does not have an outdoor movie screen.

All movies are shown in the Wajang Theater.

There is a buffet in the Lido from around 10:30 -- 11;30. Otherwise you can order from room service -- a list will be in your cabin. I understand that the 24 hour room service menu will be changing soon on all ships.
