Thanks! Just ordered four 12 packs. Looks like it is not a glitch if the pricing is still the same at $2.99. It is so worth it not to have to lug the water on board.

 

Maybe Carnival will realize how much more people would buy ahead from them if they just lowered the price to something reasonable. I have never been against Carnival making a profit, but don't triple or quadruple the price on me!

 

Now, let's see if the bottled liquor prices will lower a bit! :D

 

Great point.............if Carnival lowered the prices somewhat, Carnival would increase sales and then profit would follow due to more movement, IMO.

 

We bought 2-12 packs of water, usually do anyway since that would be one less thing to take onboard with us.

We don't buy or bring water but I'd be tempted to purchase at these prices.:o

 

It would be nice if Carnival would lower their coke prices because I always bring them.

 

This could smooth out check-in as well with fewer inspections of drinks and containers. I haven't had a long wait for this so its not a big deal but it all adds up.

Carnival's website is experiencing some kind of glitch (or it is a great sale) right now and the 12 pack of bottled water is being sold for $2.99 I checked this out just last night and it was going for around $13! For $3 I am happy to let them take care of it, I would spend that much at the store anyway and now I don't have to carry it on. Heads up to anyone who likes to have some bottled water on their cruise, save the trouble of lugging it around! Not sure how long until they fix the glitch. Unfortunately I don't see any such glitches on the alcohol. :p

Ordered 8 cases. The 1st 4 to be delivered on day 1 and the 2nd 4 to be delivered on day 4 of our cruise.

 

There is 3 of us in the cabin, 96 bottles divided by 3= 32 bottle per person=about 3 bottles per person per day. We may need more. :D
