perditax Posted June 9, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 9, 2015 (edited) http://marcbiskup.de/lostandfound/ From the site: My girlfriend and I went on a short trip to Stockholm at the end of May. On our last day we found a Micro SD card. On this memory card there are over 4.000 pictures and a couple of videos. They belong to a couple on a cruise from Copenhagen to Tallinn, St. Petersburg, Helsinki and Stockholm. Stockholm was their last port before returning to Copenhagen, so basically there is every single photo of their holidays on this SD card. We want them to get it back - please help us finding them. Not my site, passing this info along. Edited June 9, 2015 by perditax
Daisyloo Posted June 9, 2015 #2 Share Posted June 9, 2015 That is really nice of you to go to this effort to try and return the photos. I hope you succeed. Good luck.

perditax Posted June 9, 2015 Author #4 Share Posted June 9, 2015 (edited) Just to be clear, the site isn't mine, I saw the story on reddit and brought it over (and now have the site owner's permission). I don't think the person who found the memory card (Marc Biskup) is a cruiser himself and was possibly not aware of Cruise Critic forums, so I just wanted to help out a tiny bit. :) The story has also been picked up by The Daily Mail: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3116353/One-man-s-heartfelt-mission-reunite-mystery-Australian-couple-4000-cruise-ship-holiday-snaps-discovering-memory-card-Stockholm.html Edited June 9, 2015 by perditax

caribill Posted June 9, 2015 #6 Share Posted June 9, 2015 If the photos can indicate the date of the cruise and the ship, maybe the roll call for that cruise can provide a clue to the identity.
Pam in CA Posted June 9, 2015 #7 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Also saw the post on Facebook which included a lot of specific information such as dates and ports. The person who found the SD card was able to extract the "hidden" photo information.
Debathome Posted June 9, 2015 #8 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Here is a link to their roll call. Not necessarily on there themselves but perhaps someone will recognize them. I suggest you post it there as well....... http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2061384&page=13 It would be heartbreaking to lose your camera after such a wonderful trip. I hope they have it returned to them.
