snoope Posted December 30, 2017 #1351 Share Posted December 30, 2017 I’m not sure exactly what you mean. However I just booked a cruise thru CR rep. I noticed a sale online 2 weeks later. I called in and CR rep reduced my fare to fall in line with online promo pricing. Save a further $500. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Lady Hudson Posted December 30, 2017 #1352 Share Posted December 30, 2017 We have gotten reductions by calling the casino department when noticing a price reduction online. The reps have even volunteered to check prices before I made final payment to see if I could save any money. I have had no complaints with the casino booking reps. And January to March points will count for next year. Of course, info subject to change. Katherine

Goofyfanatic Posted December 30, 2017 #1359 Share Posted December 30, 2017 Just was on the phone with them. The rep didn't get into the new items. Was happy that the Casino Rate (no offer being used) was a very almost $1200 off the price showing on line.

I just booked a September Anthem Bermuda cruise and the rate quoted by the casino dept. was the same rate online.

maryjaden Posted January 2, 2018 #1364 Share Posted January 2, 2018 Chatting with someone on another site, they were on the Independence two days ago and were able to transfer funds from their sea pass card to the slot machine while at the machine. They were given a code to do this. Anyone else heard of this?

I believe it could only be done one time on the cruise so last night everyone got that vouchers. I reached a level where I was able to take my free table play and take it as credit on my Seapass so I took that option. I think they might have just been talking about FreePlay that you can transfer. For every so many points, you get like $5 in FreePlay that you can use in the casino, but you need a pin number to transfer it to your "bank." Usually the pin is the month/day of your birthday but YMMV.

If you transfer your points to free play does that mean you would no longer qualify for a complimentary or discounted cruise, assuming you have enough points? brotheranddoramae Posted January 3, 2018 #1373 Share Posted January 3, 2018 On Liberty of the Seas in October. I was able to transfer free play earned directly from the machine to my credits. I did this many times during the cruise. It continues to build as long as you play. So yes, you can transfer funds directly to the slot machine. If you notice on your reservation, at the top left, it says "Instant Rewards". This is what the phrase means. :-)

Happy Bee Posted January 3, 2018 #1375 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Free play calculation: 1K points = $20 No, it will not reflect on any future cruises booking discount, comp staff thet host giving you on board or anything else if you will use this money to play on same cruise where you earned I also asked what for exp signature level in low and high end (25K VS 90K for exp) between balcony comp and grand suite comp for master level -- CR said they will look case by case and talk with supervisor Email will start going out from February with more datails and your level status CR cannot tell you anything now more then already known bec been advised so. we need to wait until March ;p
