We will be arriving by cruise ship in Istanbul.

Our flight is at 11:15am.

Ataturk Airport is about 25/Km. West of Pier. 30/min. is not realistic mid-day, Mid-week. Perhaps 70/minutes?? Security was very tight and involved in April 2015 at Ataturk Airport...it took 90/min from unloading at Airport Taxi-stand to Departure Gate with our boarding pass in hand. You be the judge...but I allowed 3/hrs. Locomotiveman

Drive to airport can be one hour based on traffic.

 

I would get a private car.

Give yourself time to get to airport if it is mid week there is a lot of traffic in Istanbul than there is the whole wait to get your luggage scanned before you get to enter the terminal and check your bags.
