Final payment was due last Friday and I received an account statement by email showing 0:00 balance. I checked the account tonight and now it is showing a balance of $246.38. wallie5446 Posted July 5, 2015 #3 Share Posted July 5, 2015 This happened to us last year and I was told it was due to the perks. They had to be recoded after final as a credit not a purchase.
