Cruise balance?

I paid the my upcoming Celebrity Solstice Alaska in full over a week ago. Final payment was due last Friday and I received an account statement by email showing 0:00 balance. I checked the account tonight and now it is showing a balance of $246.38. I will ring Celebrity in the morning to check. Should I be worried? Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else before?

Several people have noted a similar glitch in the reservations program. Call and it should be easy to rectify.

This happened to us last year and I was told it was due to the perks. They had to be recoded after final as a credit not a purchase.

 

This yr looks to be a real brain teaser with all 3 perks, and OBC from 4 different places!

This happened to us and we don't have any perks. Ours was fine the next day but call if it still shows.

This happened to me. Immediately after paying the cruise in full when due, I received one of these emails. Called and all was corrected.

Yes our eclipse one suddenly showed we owed the money after we paid the balance, it eventually was removed
