srice Posted November 11, 2015 Author #76 Share Posted November 11, 2015 It was only after going back to the first page that I began to understand the point of this thread. Think you need to keep posting the info on the spread sheet. It will be of use once you have more and more completed cabin reviews. Need to be able to search easily for the type of cabin you want to compare. ie I needed information on mini suites on Royal/Regal ships but it took me a long time to sort out the way to use the thread and open the spread sheet page on Princess. I tried numerous times to navigate this....I gave up.:( Here are the directions to be able to filter the data: Managing Data In addition to scrolling through the data in the sheet you can create temporary filter views to find what you are looking for. Any temporary view you create does not change any of the data in the sheet and cannot be seen by others. To manipulate the data use the following instructions. You first need to sort the data then you can use filters for further drill down to get the information you want. You can sort on any column but I suggest sorting on the "Stateroom" column (column D). ● Put the cursor in any cell in Column D. ● Click on the "Data" drop-down menu at the top of the page. ● Click on the option "Sort sheet by Column A, A -> Z". The sheet is now sorted in cabin number order. ● From this point you can drill down by any one or more of the columns. ●● For example, if you wanted to see all of the category S4 cabins on the Caribbean Princess and the Emerald Princess: ●●● Click on the down arrow in the "Ship" column heading in row 1. ●●● Click on "Clear" then select "Caribbean Princess". ●●● Drag the slider bar down to find and click on "Emerald Princess". ●●● Click "OK" at the bottom of the box. ●●● Click on the down arrow in the "Category" column heading in row 1. ●●● Click on "Clear" then select "S4". If "S4" is not shown in the list there are no reviews of that category for those ships. You may select multiple categories. ●●● You can further drill down the data by selecting other columns for filtering. ● When you are finished with this predefined filter view, click the white "X" in the black banner at the top of sheet. If you have any questions you can e-mail PrincessCabinComp@gmail.com and we will try to help.

Extends past the balconies above and looks down on the balconies of the deck below. View: Great Privacy Issues: This is an extended balcony where the balcony above only partially covers the balcony. Extra space is worth any privacy issues in my opinion! Wind: No problems Soot: None Problems: No problems Comments: We booked as a guaranteed balcony and this is what we received. While still a balcony cabin, I definitely considered this an upgrade! I was slightly worried whether noise would be a factor being right next to the midship elevators/stairs, but it was never an issue.
