Norwegian Cruise Lines today announced a change in pricing for specialty restaurants. They are moving from a flat rate to an a la carte structure. With the way things are changing and a new CEO perhaps this could be in Celebrity's future?

To be honest I can see this becoming more extensive on X. I think I'm right in saying that the Gastro Pubs on those Celebrity ships that have them are a la carte. There are refurbishment on Azamara due early next year that include plans for an a la carte Asian restaurant. Personally I think the Specialty dining on Celebrity has become very expensive. I don't eat a huge amount of food and depending upon prices this could be a good thing for me.
