Hi there, we got back from a cruise on the Golden Princess and have a few concerns, would like to email someone higher up with princess. What email address would I use to be able to get a response. This was my 22nd cruise and would really like to contact someone.

Her name is Jan Swartz.

 

Though writing to a corporate officer and misspelling their name does help them give correspondence the priority it deserves.

What happened? If you don't mind sharing, I would love to know. We are boarding the Golden for a 28 cruise to Australia in a few months. I hope everything is okay.
