Despegue Posted July 27, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 27, 2015 Guys, I need some help here... We are planning to drive A1A from Jupiter to Fort Lauderdale, and I am looking for a restaurant recommendation enroute. We want to have a casual lunch, outdoors with prefarably some oysters, conch chowder or lobster roll. Best would be with a view over water. ( Think Coconuts in Fort Lauderdale) Any ideas? We know Fort Lauderdale very well, but further North is unknown to us.

Not on the water but my first pick, and one of the best restaurants in South Florida would be Ta-boo in Palm Beach on Worth Avenue. If you've never been on Worth Avenue, it is a Do Not Miss. Swanky. Also Square Grouper is 1-2 blocks from Guanabanas, and is on the Intracoastal Waterway. JBs or Ocean 234 in Deerfield Beach are both beachfront locations, next to the Deerfield Beach pier, and adjacent to a nice long beachfront pedestrian boardwalk. royalcruz Posted July 29, 2015 #4 Share Posted July 29, 2015 (edited) I love Deck 84 in Delray Beach on Atlantic Avenue on the Intracoastal. They have lunch specials during the week. There is also Hudson across the water from there but I haven't heard good things about it. Edited July 29, 2015 by royalcruz
