I hope this doesn't come across as a stupid question but here it goes...

How does a person go about buying NCL shares?

We've never done anything like this before but feel that NCL could be a good long term investment. Thanks for any advice! :)

Stock symbol is NCLH. You purchase it through a stock broker.

I bought mine through Vanguard where I have my retirement funds. If you buy a minimum of 100 shares you can (sometimes) get stockholder OBC. I am so excited that I have $250 OBC for our upcoming 14 day cruise on the Dawn. We booked the cruise so early there were no perks involved. The fine print says you don't get OBC if there are other perks. Often they will grant dinner for two at Cagneys and bottle of wine even if you have other perks.

Have to tell you I LOVE your videos. I've watched your 2 bedroom suite on the Dawn video many many times. Probably too many times because I couldn't pass up an upsell offer from my stern deck 10 balcony to the suite :)

You can go through a low cost broker like Vanguard, Fidelity or Charles Schwab and buy your 100 shares to get shareholder benefits. Each may have a minimum to open an account, but if you put the shares in a Roth or traditional IRA (if you qualify for one) you can usually open an account for $50 to $100.
