Problem logging into website

Is anyone else having problems with the Princess website today? I can log into the Personalizer by entering my name and booking number but I have not been able to login the general way.

Is anyone else having problems with the Princess website today? I can log into the Personalizer by entering my name and booking number but I have not been able to login the general way.

I've had no problems logging in to My Princess & some have said they've had success by deleting cookies & cache from their web browser. I've never had to attempt that procedure & you might want to call Princess because sometimes it's an issue with some people's login info which they can quickly fix.

They tend to do site maintenance on weekends.

Yes Ive been having the same problem - thought it was just me! . I will try clearing cache to see if it helps

I finally had time to call today during hours when they are open. They are having problems with the website. No idea on when would be fixed.
