Recent Suite Cruisers

OK all you recent suite cruisers, does NCL still mail out luggage tags if you're in a suite? I've always looked forward to them arriving, and need to know if I have to print some out if I'm going to be in a suite.

Thanks in advance.[/quote']I got them for my November cruise. Make sure you call the pre-concierge (1-855-625-4283), if you don't get a letter or email from them about 45 days out from your cruise.

I got mine last week for Swptember. They came last week.

If you booked the cruise through a travel agent, the tags are mailed to the travel agent.

If you booked the cruise through a travel agent, the tags are mailed to the travel agent.

 

I use a travel agent and mine came right to my house. I believe my agent requested them to be sent directly to me.

We were in a deluxe penthouse suite in July 2015 on Pride of America and we did NOT get luggage tags mailed to us.

Thanks for the good info here. When I booked my upcoming suite, they did not confirm either my email nor my physical address, and as a result both the email and other documents were delayed. Both had changed since my last cruise, and one or the other of us should have mentioned it.

We DID receive our luggage tags for our July 25th PoA cruise in advance of the cruise (about 3 weeks ahead of time I believe) so perhaps it's a dispatch issue. Why not call them and ask them to send them to you?

 

Note: It could also be a travel agency issue. We booked direct with NCL but I have heard that those booking through travel agency's may be having issues. Did you your a TA?

Yeah, odd. I booked with a TA, and we're in a penthouse on the 8/29 PoA cruise, and we received our luggage tags about a month in advance.

We have always received our suite tags etc unless we booked last minute. If you book within a week or two of sailing you might not get your tags for your suite. Happened to me a couple times.

We cruise 2 weeks from tomorrow, and I still don't have ours. I don't think I got them last year either, now that I think about it. Maybe I'll give my TA a call!

I think that's a good idea :) We got ours over a month ago. We sail the week before you on the Dawn, so board a week from Friday. We'll keep her in good shape for you!

Not much.;). You still get your luggage (usually) quite quickly.:)

jdemps, They are glossy and say "priority" on them, they have sticky backs and you just peal them off and put them around your bag handle.

 

I got mine about a week ago! Can't wait!

We received ours yesterday for our October cruise. They are narrower in width and have the word "PRIORITY" indicated on them. They are only slightly different from the ones you can print on your own.

They are self stick, which I prefer.

 

They are especially good for "luggage" without handles, like cases of soda or water.
