Sorry. Can't help because we NEVER eat in a specialty restaurant on NCL.

We eat in the specialty restaurants on NCL. They are well worth the small supplement. We also like the MDR and Flamingo's Grill. The buffet is very comprehensive as well. Here are the menus:

It hasn't changed over to a la carte yet, so those menus are not available.

No menu is needed at Moderno. It is in two parts. There is a buffet for salads and dessert.

 

At the table they come around with nine kinds of meat on swords. If you want more, flip your card to green, otherwise if the server see your red card, they won't serve you. Do not eat everything that come early as some of the later meats are better.

I have pictures of menus newest (as of August 22) menus including the upcharge items just added to LeBistro, LuCuino, and Cagneys. If some can help me out posting from snapfish I'd be more than happy.

I would LOVE to see if the new menus include the whole Maine Lobster and 32 oz. steak upcharge items I've read about here on CC. I think you could copy the entire URL to your picture and click the Insert Link icon, or maybe the attachment icon, but there are file size limits if you try to attach them. I think the easiest way might be to post the URL to the pictures so we can see them full size. They'd most likely be more readable that way.

I don't think the a la carte has started yet and it would be nearly impossible to post the Modernos menu. You don't actually chosse an entree, they bring you samples of many meats as well as visiting the salad bar. The sides are served family style, but I don't bother with them much. I like to save plenty of room for the wonderful meats.
