When it says $25 a cruise does it matter how many days the cruise is, we have 2 that are 10 and 11 days.

 

$5 a day or $25 for the duration of the cruise.

 

Still, the posted image was for an 8 day cruise.

 

The question is what is the $xx for a 10 or 11 day cruise.

 

Will it still be $25 or will it be higher for a longer cruise?

I think the only way carnival could stop calls and video calls on FB messenger would be to block FB messenger all together. Only FB themselves would be able to make it so your FB messenger App couldn't make voice or video calls. Carnival has no control on how another companies app works or functions.

This is not correct. Modern applications, particularly those with a diverse set of features such as FB Messenger, generally don't send all traffic through the same TCP or UDP ports. The majority of voice and video traffic pushed around the Internet today use UDP. Any fairly recent enterprise firewall can absolutely block different types/classes of traffic without completely blocking the application.

Do they give you a list of the sites that you can use under the plan? I know that Facebook and WhatsApp (for texting) are included, and I'm sure Twitter as well, but what about others?

They need to add Cruise Critic website to social plan. its a popular social media place among cruisers.

 

Not likely. Carnival's Brand Ambassador is not a CC fan, to put it mildly.
