I haven't been on Solstice itself but silhouette, equinox on eclipse. Texas holden is played on the computers which are place near the shops on the edge of the casino - i.e. not near anything else. People sometimes play competitions but to have a cash game you have to really push it - get to know some people playing the tournaments and try and get them to play after. Once this is started you'll get a game every night but it isn't always easy

Yes, they quite often have Texas Hold 'Em tournaments at those electronic tables. There is always a sign-up sheet in the casino. You'll see announcements printed in your Celebrity Today and you can ask at the casino.

I have spent a bit of time watching my husband play in these. :rolleyes:

 

The last I remember it was a $60 buy-in. Games can last awhile as people are eliminated.

 

There will be *those* people who are really pretty good and they tend to win all the time. My DH is not one of those people.

Cash game- Celebrity gave us a "warning" one time when having a cash game. so now we bring plastic chips and a sharpe pen, if we can't get the game into a large enough suite.
