Paradise beach - kids question

We are considering going to Paradise Beach in February on our cruise stop. It will be two adults and two girls ages 10 and 12. The girls are both good swimmers but I'm wondering about the inflatable toys off shore.

Can anyone who has been comment on the depth of the water? Are the toys easy to get up on? The adults would rather stay on the beach with some beverages :) if we don't need to help the girls or watch them super close.

Thanks for any advice
