Joe Tourist Grand Cayman

Has anyone done a tour with Joe Tourist in Grand Cayman? On TA he is listed as Joe Tourist Cave Tour. I searched the threads here and last date I could find anything was 2011.

Does anyone know of any other tours that may be more off the beaten path?

I did see the Safari jeep tours but Joe Tourist seemed to include more things of interest to us. He requires full payment when you book. I don't think I have prepaid with any private vendors before. I have done deposits but not the whole thing.
