I'm trying to decide what cabin to book. Our options are a cove balcony near the main elevators or a level 6 balcony closer to the aft. I would apprciate any suggestions. Thank you. Also do you think the interiors on these floors are the same size? We would be booking one of those for our older children. Thank you.

Balconies on deck six are right over the outdoor public areas on deck 5. People will be able to walk by and see/hear you on the balcony. If you would like privacy, I recommend the cove balcony. I hear they're wonderful and you can see more ocean life. Either way, enjoy your cruise! :)

The cove balconies are awesome being so close to the water. Deck 6 balconies overlook the outdoor promenade, also depending on where you are, you may be above the night club, casino, or piano bar. Best bet, aside from the cove is deck 7 or 8...

I was in a Cove. I would book a Cove. I will always book a Cove unless I'm looking to be in a Suite.

Yes, they are that fantastic. Your view of the water is remarkable.

Avoid the AFT part on Breeze it smells like sewer really bad. We were in an extended balcony on deck 6 and the smell was horrible . From a recent review this is still a problem , by the end of the cruise even the piano bar smelled. However we did love the ship!

We had a suite on Deck 7 our first time on the Breeze and we were extremely disappointed when we went out on our balcony, looked down at people instead of water. Next time on the Breeze we booked a cove and absolutely loved it. Smaller cabin but who cares, we saw water not people.

The privacy thing overlooking the Deck 5 Promenade was not a big deal.

But, do not book on 6 near the Piano Bar or Nightclub. No sleep at all

We were in 6472 extended aft right above the comedy club , noise was never a problem , if you tried real hard you could hear a little something but not enough to disturb you at all. Also the comedy show are over by 12:30 ? I could go look at my Fun Times if needed for exact times .I would stay away from the piano bar area and the aft in general due to the sewer smell though .

:confused:the cabin is the same size as higher balconies, and the balcony is a bit larger.

Do any of the cove balconies on the Breeze get sun on them? If so, is there a way to determine which ones prior to booking?

2260/2/4 do not have life boats above the balconies (same on other side) as far as I can remember. These rooms are in the 'gap' between the lifeboats which provide a better view and a bit more sun.

We had room 2262 and we did have a lifeboat up above us. This blocked the sun from our balcony. Originally, I had thought I didn't want a lifeboat above us but honestly liked it since it blocked the sun.

This is the view from 2268. You can see there is a gap. So actually 2272 may be the room with the 'best' view.

As far as I know, all the Dream class ships are the same as far as the staterooms go, so the view would be the same on the Dream.
