Upgrade When You Had a Promo During Booking

Hi all,

 

I'm booked on the Navigator in December so past final payment and all that. When I booked, it was during April and they had a primo where you didn't have to pay taxes or port fees. Does anyone know, if I try to upgrade my cabin if I'd have to pay taxes and port fees now?

You would have to pay under whatever promo (if any) is in effect now.

I am in the same situation; booked with a good rate and no port fees/taxes. The same cabin today would be over $500 more than we paid, and I chose a cabin I would be happy with. So no upgrades for us, just the pleasure of knowing we got a great deal.

 

Edited to add: $500 may not sound like a huge increase, but the deal was so good that $500 is an increase of 64%.
