The Tsar Posted October 24, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 24, 2015 Earlier this month I sent HAL an E-Mail regarding a recent online survey I had taken. I had concerns that the survey did not truly reflect my opinions/positions without explanations. This morning I received a telephone call from HAL, inquiring further into my E-Mail. The representative listen and appeared to actually care regarding what I was saying. The telephone call last approx. 10-15 mins. It ended with the representative assuring me that my concerns would be forwarded upward for consideration. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that someone at HAL actually does read the communications sent to them and personally responds. :) Kudos to HAL for caring what an individual Mariner thinks. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
