No lifeguards on any ship. It's swim at your own risk.

 

As for lifejackets, do you mean the type used in an emergency? The cruiseline provides those for kids.

 

If you mean floatation devices to ues in the pool, then no, these are not available.

 

You didn't say how young your child is, but all children must be potty trained to use the pools. It's a CDC/Health Department regulation that no swim diapers are allowed in the pool.

The life jackets are for emergency use only. If your child needs a swim vest or arm floats, you will need to bring those. No floats or balls, etc...in the pools..they just aren't big enough for toys.

 

NO cruiseline has lifeguards. It's up to YOU to watch your child. The kid's clubs do NOT take the children to the pool, so you will be with them whenever they're swimming.
