kona_wahine Posted November 27, 2015 #31 Share Posted November 27, 2015 Had an alert email (cruise fish) this morning and got all excited for nothing! Still higher than I paid. :(
sublarry Posted November 27, 2015 #32 Share Posted November 27, 2015 I was looking for the gift cards too. I may buy a couple from Verizon just for the sail and sign card. I will be looking for a Monday cruise deal too. $1.00 upgrades may get me in a balcony for the first time depending on how they work.
CruizenSusan Posted November 28, 2015 #33 Share Posted November 28, 2015 So far nothing that looks like an actual sale. Fare prices for the Onboard Credit "Sale" today are completed hiked up to cover the amount of the OBC. Or at least for the cruises that I checked on this morning. Typical Carnival bait and switch sale.

Typical Carnival bait and switch sale. Yes, the prices are higher to cover the OBC. Not a sale at all. Not the first time Carnival has played games us on sales. hlb76 Posted November 28, 2015 #35 Share Posted November 28, 2015 What a disappointment with the sales so far. Though really in was expecting nothing more. Still hoping for a deposit sale at the very minimum . I know I just missed one but I'd like to see another.

We will have to see if it will happen or not.

hlb76 Posted November 29, 2015 #38 Share Posted November 29, 2015 This Jan through May stuff stinks... have a sale that includes way future sailings and I'd book a few more. The last minute stuff does not work for me as I have my winter cruise booked.
