E@syPe@zy Posted November 19, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 19, 2015 We just returned 11/14/15 from a 10 day on Carnival Triumph cruise. We were in a Balcony on the upper deck, #6262. They have replaced the couch in the room with a larger couch and the beds can not be divided into twins, even though they are 2 twins made into a king. The real problem is for the person sleeping next to the window...there is NO room to get out of the bed on that side. You have to scoot down to the end of the bed or crawl over the other person. The bed is up against the wall on that side. We had a 3rd guest using the upper berth over the couch and you would hit your head on the edge of the berth while getting out on the side towards the hall door, unless you were careful. That was odd. We have used this same set up before on other Carnival ships. The other problem with the beds were that they had terrible mattresses on them. I have always slept like a baby on the Carnival ships, but these were torture chambers. Otherwise the room was fine and the location was great. We heard very little noise from the show room and none that kept us awake at night. Hope this helps someone....Happy Cruising!
