There are cigar bars on all Voyager and Freedom class ships. That's all. None on Vision, Brilliance, Quantum or Oasis class. I think it's a mistake, but I guess Royal thinks otherwise. It would probably end any smoking problems on their ships, or at least abate them.

When Voyager and Explorer(New to Oz and NZ) are in the Australia and New Zealand waters our regulations are such that there is no smoking inside full stop. Don't know what they do with the Cigar Bar during the seasons they are "down under".

The Hotel Director on Serenade said last week that, if anything, Royal will be getting more restrictive with their smoking policy, not less. She said there will absolutely never be a cigar bar on Serenade.

That's a shame. My husband enjoys an occasional cigar and I am an evil cigarette smoker. :D It would cut down on complaints about casino smoking.

They allow cigars on one side of the pool deck.

So in the evening if it is cold or windy the only place to go is outside next to the pool. I do hope the bar is still open
