Is Luggage Direct still available in Vancouver? Does Air Canada participate?

We are on a Nieuw Amsterdam Alaska cruise arriving on Aug 20 2016.

We are looking at a YVR-ORD flight that departs at 1:15pm.

 

We used Luggage Direct on our last cruise in Ft Lauderdale and were able to be one of the first to disembark. Can we do this in Vancouver.

When I enquired about this for our cruise in May I was told it is no longer available in Vancouver. I also saw something on-line that confirmed that. Situations can change, of course, so it might be worthwhile to contact HAL closer to the time of your voyage.

Luggage Direct is only available within the US, not in Canada.
