tcdcruiser Posted December 10, 2015 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Searched without success. What's the story about the new SF Cruise Terminal on rainy days?? Do I recall that some queues may be outside? Cheers

pegpowell Posted December 10, 2015 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Yep, you are going to get wet. No place under cover until you are allowed inside for the health questionnaire stop. When disembarking, once you have your luggage, you are outside to wait for taxis, buses, cars...
jennybenny Posted December 10, 2015 #4 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Oh yeah, we are getting wet if it rains. I'm sure those are the days people will probably show up during their "specified times" because who wants to risk getting soaking wet and going on board with wet luggage and being a wet mess. :D Hope it does not rain on us in a couple of weeks

Treven Posted December 10, 2015 #6 Share Posted December 10, 2015 After a year +- of being in business, one would think "the powers that be" would build some sort of covering that extends the building out to where the busses or private cars drop people off. As a handicapped senior citizen, I'd hate to be standing out in the rain waiting to get into the terminal.
sfken1977 Posted December 10, 2015 #7 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Except for the fact that we've no real rain in years LOL. CatsareCool Posted December 11, 2015 #9 Share Posted December 11, 2015 When we boarded at SF in September, although it was raining, we had to wait outside but were lined up against the building which was undercover. Possibly if the line is longer you could be standing where it wasn't undercover. When we disembarked, thank goodness it wasn't raining, because we had to wait for our ride, and they were shooing you away from the building quite quickly.
