Probably the second night, and the second to last night. Perhaps third to last night.

Likely the night of your first full day onboard -- cruising the Inside Passage. And likely the Glacier Bay or Tracy Arm (whichever one your itin has) night.

To echo what was said above, the first sea-day and the Glacier bay day are generally the formal nights.
