nesheiml Posted January 3, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 3, 2016 Has anyone taken the Bay of Islands Wildlife Cruise? Since the cruise ship is tendered in Esperance, I don't think we will have time to get ashore to do the cruise on our own. Trying to decide if it is worth paying for the tour through the ship? Kiwi Kruzer Posted January 17, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 17, 2016 Will the ship refund if you have to miss the port ? We found with some of the smaller ports of call on the Round Australia , if you waited to book on board they were all sold out.
nesheiml Posted January 18, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted January 18, 2016 Sure hope the excursions are available after we board. We have a lot of OBC and want to use it.
dizzy1948 Posted February 14, 2016 #6 Share Posted February 14, 2016 (edited) $169 US per person Wow.........that's a whopping $237.00 AU each. From the tour operator here it's $110.00 AU Here is a link you could email and ask questions - like if your ship can't moor/berth etc. Chances are if the ship can't moor/berth because of the weather - the island tour wouldn't go ahead either. It can get a bit wild down that end. http://www.discoveraustralia.com.au/tours/bay-of-isles-cruise-tour-2502.html Edited February 14, 2016 by dizzy1948

GUT2407 Posted February 14, 2016 #8 Share Posted February 14, 2016 Sure hope the excursions are available after we board. We have a lot of OBC and want to use it. We've never had much problem booking on board, when we do tours, which isn't often.
