Milkshakes

Are milkshakes included in the Unlimited Soda & More Package on Diamond Princess does anyone know as it doesn't say on the website just says sodas, mocktails, juices, hot chocolate

This was confusing to us too. Milkshakes are included on those ships that have an ice cream outlet. (Scoops).

 

Sorry, I don't know whether the Diamond had an ice cream bar or not.

Nope - they had both Swirls and the gelato shop on Regal but we were told they could not make a milkshake - what is up with that?!? I think they are phasing them out fleet wide :(

We were on the Crown this past November, my DH got the USM package and milkshakes were included.

The emerald also had milkshakes on the NYE cruise.

The Diamond has scoops and does make yummy milk shakes. You can even ask for malt I enjoyed a malted milk every day last cruise on the diamond. I will be joining the diamond on the 23 March counting down the days

For some reason the Royal/Regal from the get go never had milkshakes. :(

As far as other ships........I don't see them phasing them out, they are pretty popular whether a passenger gets them for free or pays.

Yes, the Diamond Princess does have an ice cream bar and milk shakes are free with the "soda and more" package. We were on it in October and the milk shakes were just yummy - more like thick shakes with more ice cream than milk. Had to ration myself :)

Drink packages. Soda and more/AIBP. Not really free. :rolleyes:

 

Also purchased ala carte.
