We have sailed in F307 and F315 on the Golden and F311 on the Grand. The only significant noise issue we had was the first night on the Grand sailing south from San Francisco. The seas were somewhat rough and as the shipped rocked back and forth our cabin walls were creaking all night long. Once the seas became calmer the creaking stopped. There can be stabilizer noise but it didn't affect us too much.
