Can you request twin beds set up as doubles before arrival.

What's the current rate for allegrisimo package in euros bought on board

Are sheets and towels changed daily. Wondered if rooms will be damp smelling with nowhere in inside cabin to dry

Going on Preziosa in Feb,can't wait.

Towels are changed out daily, sometimes twice if necessary. sheets usually changed once in a 7 day cruise unless obviously needed more often. How often do you change them at home? Rooms are not damp smelling. They do have ventilation. EM

You can stipulate your preferred bed setup before you go but if it's not right your stateroom steward will sort it no problem. Allegrissimo is €26 pppd plus gratuity of 18% if booked onboard.

I'm going to try to book with Msc Italy rather than uk, in euros it's a better deal, wish me luck

I do wish you luck - I tried that and the website kept kicking me back to the USA version. If you succeed, please consider posting back! I may try a travel agent in a different market next time instead of booking direct.

If I'm not mistaken they can figure out your location by the IP address of your computer and then they re-direct you to the website that services that location.

Had no luck, so going to book on uk site, considering a wine package rather than allegrisimo,

You could try booking through an Italian or French or Spanish or whatever TA.

Risk is though that you end up with dinner companions you can't communicate with.

I met a lovely Swiss lady on one sailing who'd asked to be with French speakers but the local agent used an Austrian office and she was stuck with German speakers. She did eventually mange to get her table changed. She latched on to me one day at lunch when i had a go at practising my French on her.
