crewzlover Posted January 23, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 23, 2016 We're traveling with a one year old. Any suggestions on bathing her? We don't have a bathtub in our cabin and she freaked out when we tried a shower.
javma Posted January 23, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 23, 2016 Purchase an inflatable baby bathtub. They are inexpensive and should fit right in the floor of the shower. You can fill it with the water from the shower head and then give your baby a bath. This is what we did when we cruised with our little ones. Not too comfortable for parents to give a bath while sitting on the floor, but will make it manageable for the baby. As an added bonus, you can bring the tub on your balcony if you have one, and use it as a kiddie pool while the parents enjoy a glass of wine. klfrodo Posted January 23, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 23, 2016 A couple of suggestions or ideas. 1. Upgrade to a suite 2. Have any friends traveling with you who have a suite? We did this. Let family members with little ones use our bathtub when we had a suite. 3. Bring an inflatable.

Lerin Posted January 23, 2016 #5 Share Posted January 23, 2016 Some ideas so you don't have to pack a bulky tub: -Sponge bath -sink -some ships shower head come off so the water won't be falling on their head. The option we always use: -Most ship showers have a slight "lip" on the edge. If you cover the drain, you can fill the shower with an inch or 2 of water.
