Yes, you should check the 'East Coast Departures' board, but once there do a search for "Country Inn & Suites". They have a great setup for cruisers - a shuttle from the Newark Airport, a hotel room with breakfast, and a shuttle to the port. They also have a parking package if you drive to the port. If your ship returns to Bayonne, they'll pick you up and take you to the airport. There's a restaurant right next door for dinner (OK, not much, a Ruby Tuesday, but convenient).

When we stayed there, boarding for our ship was delayed due to a deep cleaning necessitated by a norovirus outbreak on the previous cruise. The hotel delayed the shuttle until we were told to board, and allowed us all to hang out in their breakfast room, with snacks & drinks, until time for the shuttle. The hotel itself is basic, clean & comfortable, but dated, but they really cater to cruisers and do an excellent job of it.
