Ran spell check prior to posting...needed to download IeSpell (when you click ok it brought me to a web page showing the various sites to download it free from).

 

Originally when typing this spelled test as tsett and the spell checker caught it.

 

The couple of tests with new features that I did seem to have worked.

As an IT director sometimes even with the best resources and planning invoved some things still can go awry. Sometimes it is a thankless job, thanks for the seemingly smooth upgrade today!!!

What is all that stuff when you try to use the Buttons? Never mind I guess it just happens when you are typing your reply but doesn't appear when you save the reply. Boy am I confused.....

Everytime I've checked so far today the board has been up and running. Is the update happening later today? or are they working on it without having to take the whole board down?

I don't see any new buttons in the reply box. Must be another Macintosh slight.:mad:PE

 

Another Mac user here - No buttons, but some new selections just above

the area where we type this message.

 

And, I might add, we are still having a slow response when going from one

page to another. Is this another Mac thing???

Yep, got it a couple times myself. Like Shoreguy said, it's more than a version plus numbers problem. The server has issues. Been on here too many times late at night and weekends without hardly anyone else on here and had problems for it to be just too many users.

Ayup! A few times already! White screens of death, posts that never made it after submit, basically the same issues. It truly is an issue with the server, and not the software version.

 

By the way, where are these buttons you folks are seeing?

On the top of the reply message box are several new buttons including the ABC check on the right.
