vino123 Posted February 16, 2016 #26 Share Posted February 16, 2016 On the silhouette right now and can no longer get cash in casino...only casino credit Is that for refundable or non refundable OBC? Hopefully they will still refund your credit card for refundable OBC?
Rare cruisestitch Posted February 16, 2016 Author #27 Share Posted February 16, 2016 Confirming that non refundable OBC can no longer be withdrawn as cash. For non refundable they are now only giving casino chips or slot credit. This is a very recent change. I will investigate what's above 1144 later today. canusa1 Posted February 16, 2016 #29 Share Posted February 16, 2016 Do they still have classes in the arts and crafts area. When I was on this cruise last year the instructor said he thought that they were not going to offer them after our cruise. I did enjoy taking the different classes. Thank you for your advice. Andy Posted February 16, 2016 #30 Share Posted February 16, 2016 Am on board for the next seven days. Ask away Hi Cruisestitch, Just curious if Silhouette is offering the high speed internet, and if so, what's the pricing. Also, are they offering drink coupons for Happy Hour, or using the lounge ? I'm not even sure if they offer the 3 coupons any longer. BTW - we booked Eclipse for April 3rd. Any chance you might be onboard ? It would be great to see you again. Have a wonderful time on Silhouette.
Rare cruisestitch Posted February 16, 2016 Author #31 Share Posted February 16, 2016 No speed Internet yet. And no timeline for installation. I believe that no coupons are in use for this cruise on silhouette: not enough elites to warrant coupons. Future plans are a bit murky: I'll let you know Andy! Rare cruisestitch Posted February 16, 2016 Author #32 Share Posted February 16, 2016 It appears that you will be under crew rooms. I will continue to investigate this.
stunned Posted February 17, 2016 #33 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Will be on Silhouette next week. Are there any must see or must does that you feel are a must not miss? Have a great rest of your week! Judy
cb747 Posted February 17, 2016 #34 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Thank you so much Cruisestitch. I always thought crew cabins were on the lower decks. Learn something new all the time. Where are you cruising? Enjoy the rest of your vacation. Chantal
Rare cruisestitch Posted February 17, 2016 Author #35 Share Posted February 17, 2016 We are just coming into St. kitts. By the way, we did not change time yesterday in San Juan and will not change today, either. We were one hour late coming into San Juan due to heave headwinds and high seas the day before. So we left later as well. There has been at least one class in the Srts and Crafts room.

cb747 Posted February 17, 2016 #37 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Cruisestitch, Haven't been to St. Kitts; which island would you say it resembles? I've been to Puerto Rico, Nassau, Freehold, St. Thomas, Curacao and Aruba. Is St. Kitts a do not miss Island? It's been cold in NJ so I'm jealous of your warm weather. Have fun, Chantal
Rare cruisestitch Posted February 17, 2016 Author #38 Share Posted February 17, 2016 I can't really help about the islands as I seldom go ashore
TheCount Posted February 17, 2016 #39 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Am on board for the next seven days. Ask away Hello cruisestitch, Enjoy your vacation. Michael's Lounge/Club is or is not open to Elite CC members? Shoreside seems to give me the information we would have access. We are in an A1 stateroom when we are on the Silhouette in March (few weeks away). Thanks :)
Rare cruisestitch Posted February 17, 2016 Author #40 Share Posted February 17, 2016 Michaels Club is definitely not open to all elite members, only to Zeniths and those booked in suites. Someone shoreside is seriously misinformed

davnjnet Posted February 25, 2016 #44 Share Posted February 25, 2016 We will be sailing on the Silhouette in late March. Same itinerary that you had. Can you tell us which nights are evening chic? Thanks
cgags47 Posted February 25, 2016 #45 Share Posted February 25, 2016 Weird question, does the shower in your bathroom have a handheld feature, or is it mounted to the wall? Thanks!
Rare hcat Posted February 25, 2016 #46 Share Posted February 25, 2016 Ah, you know me too well, yes, waffles came first! A couple of things I have learned so far. Enomatic machines are still here for now. The same with Molecular Bar. There's no indications when they will change. The seas are a bit night, so tonight's production show is postponed and there will be a singer. I'll get her name later. I haven't been to the casino yet, not Bistro on 5, but I will stop by bother later today. The ambient music level is delightful. That's been a real pet peeve of mine. So far no annoyingly loud music has been in evidence! There are no longer any iced teas listed on the menu at Cafe Al Bacio, but they can still be ordered. More later..... No iced teas..wow not even tea forte ginger pear? what about iglus?

peter123 Posted March 19, 2016 #48 Share Posted March 19, 2016 Hi, I book a cruise in Europe on silhouette for Sep 2016. My cabin will be 6282 with "partially obstructed view". Can you tell me how obstructed it is ? Thanks Peter
SHIP TRAVELER Posted March 20, 2016 #49 Share Posted March 20, 2016 Thanks. That is what I thought as well. Over on RCCL, we have access to 2 lounges when cruising as our Diamond + C&A member. Again, thanks. You might want to double check your information. Last I heard after May D+ will go to the D lounge and will not be welcome in the"Suites" lounge unless they are in a suite. Things change.
thirstyman1 Posted March 21, 2016 #50 Share Posted March 21, 2016 I understand the price of the specialty restaurant dining is $50.00, is that p/p or per couple?
