Yes, as Day 2 is a sea day on your itinerary, it should be Formal Night.

It's actually not ALWAYS. We had a change one cruise - postponed by one night.

The current itineraries out of Tampa the formal night is day 2. Although, on the 1/21 cruise we were on, it did not seem too formal. No tuxes. Most of the men were in button up shirts or a sports coat. Since the cruise was a work cruise for DH we were all required to wear jacket and tie. We were one of the better dressed tables and dinner.
