Hi guys, will the Western Europe (e.g. Rome-to-Venice taking in Croatia etc) come out on 29th as well do you think? Already booked on a TA (see my signature) but wondering about tacking on a 7-nighter at the end of it and going emerald while we're there :-)

Not always.

 

There have been "local" repos too, Boston to Florida or NY to Galveston for example that offer ten or twelve days via Aruba and the like.

They are different. For instance, we took a repositioning cruise last November, a 13-nighter, from Boston to Tampa. There was also one from New York to Galveston. My sister worries about being in the open Atlantic since she tends to get seasick.

I'd say there will be re-positioning cruises in addition to TAs and TPs, but not instead of.
