Is there an a-la-cart option for guacamole or can I only get it by paying the full cover charge?

Based on your posting history I am assuming that you are talking about Sabor on the Liberty.

 

On Liberty there is no a la carte menu it is one fixed price however I would ask the restaurant manager. It may depend on how busy they are.

 

Only Oasis and Allure have the a la carte menu for Sabor.

On Allure last week, Sabor had no cover charge. Instead every item had a separate charge. Most entrees were ten dollars and most appetizers were five dollars. The yummy guacamole, which is mixed at your table side, was five dollars. It is prepared to your specifications meaning you can choose the ingredients and the amounts you want mixed with the guacamole.
