best dish from the specialty restaurants

Hello fellow NCl cruisers...In the great tradition of finding all the cocktails while on ubp, in your opinion, what is the best dish they serve on the ship...

for example, the escargot at le bistro or the steaks at cagneys...love to hear from all you 'foodies' out there...thanks

I loved the duck on the old Le Bistro menu. Tried the duck dish on the new menu, and it was even better!

We were just on the Gem (7th NCL cruise, third time on the Gem). We had the UDP and ate at Moderno, Teppanyaki, Cagney's, and Le Bistro. Was surprisingly disappointed in much of the food, but the filet mignon and shrimp at Teppanyaki were outstanding.

 

As was the chocolate napoleon at Le Bistro. :)

Add another vote for the chocolate napoleon at Le Bistro. 3000 calories of decadence! (estimated)

 

And I know Moderno can be hit and miss, but their lamb chops were a huge hit for me last time.
