We find someone in our building to drop us off and then cab back when it's over. $25 including tip. :D

 

Nice!! I think you are as close as we used to be "over on the other island". It was the same amount

each way for us with the taxi. 50 bucks is a lot cheaper than parking at the port!! :eek:

We've been on Freedom last 2 yrs and are sailing again in May . I am a foodie and the Freedom has great food. And entertainment. Shows, trivia, bands, 70,s party on the promenade is the best!! Last year we did a guess the dance team contest, bingo, towel folding, etc

 

Always something to di. And there are still so many things to do we haven,t done. U will love it!

For those who have cruised and parked at Port Canaveral Imhave a question. We prefer to park at the port and not an out lot. There is a small chance we will be able to get a 12 passenger van (approximately 9 feet high) to take the nine of is to port. This would be easier than two or three cars so we are hopeful. Does anyone know the height limits in the parking garage?

They do allow RV parking at the port, so you should be OK. There is a surface area they use for larger vehicles.
