Stingray City and Dolphins

We are going to Grand Cayman in a couple weeks on Liberty, does anyone know of either a Royal excursion or a private charter that would combine Stingray City and swimming with the dolphins? I am thinking we won't be able to do a Royal excursion since we have a young son (will be 3 in April) but he really wants to swim with both :)

Maybe since your son is so young it would be a good time to start the next generation off with the knowledge that swimming with the dolphins is not such a good thing:
