Mjasp Posted February 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2016 I have Oasis of the Seas booked with 30% off and a $400 OBC, may switch to Freedom of the Seas if I can get off of work since we like the ports better. If I just change my reservation without canceling will I keep the original sale I booked with or will I get the latest promotion that is out there now? Thanks in advance
molly361 Posted February 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2016 You will get whatever promotion is in effect on the day that you change. If you change today you would get 30/30 and lose your OBC that you got from the WOW sale. You will also be charged whatever rate your cruise is today

tserface Posted February 26, 2016 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2016 The exception is if you get OBC for booking while on board another cruise. We've been successful in keeping the OBC if we get a better price or even if we change to a different cruise. They even said as much on the last cruise we were on as a way to encourage people to sign up while still on the cruise. Otherwise, you always get what the deal is at the time and have to weigh whether or not it's a better deal than you had. That's pretty fair really. There aren't very many things in life where they will reprice it after you buy it. Tom
