I want to have proof of purchase when I board incase there are any issues. Do they normally email an invoice or confirmation of purchase? I received a confirmation immediately after purchasing our drink packages but it went to spam. You can also request a new invoice and it will be listed there. eightofninekev Posted February 27, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 27, 2016 when I log into my cruises on the Royal Caribbean website under cruise planner it says what you have purchased .I asked them to send me a booking invoice for my cruise and it was on that as well .i never received a confirmation email.I just printed out my booking invoice .
