1drifter Posted February 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2016 We are considering taking an east-bound transatlantic cruise on Cunard which lands in Southampton Oct 18 then taking a west-bound cruise from Lisbon on Crystal which boards the same day, Oct 18. Is this realistic? What is the best way to get from Southampton to Lisbon?
Rare Keith1010 Posted February 28, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 28, 2016 1drifter, until I looked at the Crystal Web Site I would have cautioned you agains that but you do have time on your side. The first day on board Crystal Symphony is an overnight and the ship does not leave Lisbon until the following day at 3:00 PM. So, yes it is very doable. There is a flight from LHR to Lisbon on British Airways out of London Heathrow at 3:20 PM which I would book. Keith

At the moment, it's also significantly cheaper than that BA (about £89 as opposed to £142) - although I don't know whether any bags are included in the TP fare.
